Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Support Portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals, to ensure it arrives back at our facility in pristine condition.
Ship to iFi
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
